For this Major Update, we’ll be considering the level of the progress DigiCol has recently achieved.
We’re excited to share that DigiCol is committed to rolling out platform updates to its infrastructure, bringing software upgrades, interface tweaks, security fixes and, best of all, a raft of new features to DigiCol users around the globe. In this article, we’re talking about our recent major updates, outlining the frontend and backend features you can expect once you scour DigiCol.
NFT Bidding
May will be a phenomenal month for DigiCol. We have released a practical bidding feature that allows users to bid on any NFT collectible they wish to purchase. For the feature, DigiCol adopts the Wrapped Ethereum (WETH) currency. Put plainly, WETH authorizes DigiCol to perform any NFT bidding transactions instantly even when any side of the transaction is offline. Besides, WETH allows the user to bid on multiple items using the same pool of Ether.

As part of our rollout, creators and collectors that demonstrate enough proof of authenticity and active dedication to the marketplace are awarded verified badges. It boosts your credibility and helps you stand out from the wider community. You’ll need to fill out this form to start the verification process.

Integration of DigiCol’s NFTs to Opensea
With much anticipation from our community, we’re thrilled to launch the DigiCol’s NFTs on the Opensea marketplace. Users can go to Opensea, search ‘DigiCol’, and then you’ll see a curation of our NFT collections. The integration represents a watershed moment as we can reach a wider group of audiences through the support from Opensea.
New NFT Categories: Moment, Voice Message, Games, Music
Speeding ahead, we have introduced more NFT categories to bring unique experiences to NFT enthusiasts. The categories include moment, voice message, games, and music. The release brings together more artists and collectors that share a passion for NFT technology. We believe the addition will advance DigiCol’s ambition to accelerate the adoption of NFT collection around the world.
UI & UX Improvements
Among other things, we will continue to conduct consistent UI and UX review and improvements. DigiCol believes that crafting a functional and beautiful interface design is important to conveying a consistent brand image and improving user experience. We are committed to making superstar UI and UX and feel free to give us feedback anytime through our social media channels!
Firefox Support
Currently DigiCol supports Chrome and thanks to the community support, we have been reaching a substantial number of artists and collectors. Yet, we want to take things higher! We will support the Firefox browser, the 4th ranked browser based on global market share. We hope that the addition of support will extend our coverage to a larger base of NFT lovers.
